(1) Work flow of softened water equipment
Work (sometimes called water production, the same below), backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing (replacement), and fast flushing. All the processes of different softened water equipment are very similar, but due to the actual process or the need for control, there may be some additional processes. Any water softening equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes (among which, fully automatic water softening equipment will increase the brine reinjection process).

Backwashing: After working for a period of time, the equipment will intercept a lot of dirt brought by the raw water on the top of the resin. After the dirt is removed, the ion exchange resin can be completely exposed and the regeneration effect can be guaranteed. The backwashing process is that water washes in from the bottom of the resin and flows out from the top, so that the dirt intercepted by the top can be washed away. This process generally takes about 5-15 minutes. Salt absorption (regeneration): the process of injecting salt water into the resin tank. The traditional equipment uses a salt pump to inject the salt water, and the fully automatic equipment uses a dedicated built-in ejector to suck the salt water (as long as the inlet water has a certain pressure) . In the actual working process, the regeneration effect of salt water flowing through the resin at a slower speed is better than that of simply soaking the resin with salt water. Therefore, the softened water equipment is regenerated by the method of slowly flowing salt water through the resin. This process generally requires 30 About minutes, the actual time is affected by the amount of salt used. Slow flushing (replacement): After the salt water flows through the resin, the process of slowly flushing all the salt in the resin with raw water at the same flow rate is called slow flushing, because there are still a large number of functional groups in the flushing process. Calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged by sodium ions. According to actual experience, this process is the main process of regeneration, so many people call this process replacement. This process is generally the same as the salt absorption time, which is about 30 minutes. Quick flushing: In order to thoroughly flush the remaining salt, the resin should be flushed with raw water at a flow rate close to the actual work. The final effluent of this process should be soft water that meets the standard. Under normal circumstances, the fast flushing process is 5-15 minutes.

(2) Technical indicators and work requirements of softened water equipment:

Inlet water pressure: 0.18-0.6Mpa

Working temperature: 1-55℃ Source water hardness: <8mmol/L

Operation mode: automatic/manual water hardness: ≤0.03mmol/L

Regeneration agent: NaCL Regeneration method: downstream/countercurrent

Exchanger: 001*7 strong acid ion exchange resin

Control method: time/flow power supply: 220V/50Hz

Will water purifiers replace the bottled water? Will water purifiers replace the bottled water?
Sep .13.2024
We all know that in developed countries, water treatment technology is very advanced, the street just twist open a faucet can be directly drinking water, very convenient. Comparison of China, in recent years, with the industrial development, groundwater pollution is more serious, the residents of the daily drinking water can only be bottled water or water purifier-based. In these two competing ways of drinking water, household water purifiers will further replace the bottled water market?

In this regard, Susan will analyze for you. In the current drinking water environment, is still dominated by bottled water, although the water purifier will to a certain extent impact the bottled water market, but want to completely beyond is very difficult to realize, this is because bottled water has a variety of water purifier does not have the advantage.

In the face of today's water quality problems are becoming more and more serious, a high-performance water purifier has become a modern family almost a must-have thing. But in the variety of the market, how to buy a water purifier that really suits you? The purpose of this article is to reveal for you to buy a water purifier of the whole picture, to help you pick the desired product, so that your water back to pure.
Second, the face of water purification:
Understanding the types of water purifiersThere are many types of water purifiers, each of which has its own unique application scenarios and characteristics.1. Ultra-filtration water purifiers: suitable for relatively good water quality in the region, the main filtration of impurities and odors.2. Reverse osmosis water purifiers: known as water purification sector “all-rounders” to remove heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc., to provide more pure drinking water.3. Nanofiltration water purifiers: called water purification sector “all-rounders” to remove heavy metals, bacteria, viruses, etc., to provide a more pure drinking water. Nanofiltration water purifier: between ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, able to filter out most of the harmful substances. 4. activated carbon water purifier: mainly relying on activated carbon adsorption of odor, pigmentation, etc..
